BELLY DANCE / べリーダンス
BELLY DANCE
Belly dancing originated in the Arab countries of the Middle East and expresses the curvy attractiveness of women. As the name implies, this dance involves vigorous movements of the belly and the waist, which burns fat and tones the body. The class aims to create womanly, flexible bodies while enjoying dancing to the high-spirited Arabic music.

HULA DANCE / フラダンス
HULA DANCE
Hula dancing is a traditional Hawaiian dance accompanied by Hawaiian music. Hand movements express the beauty of nature, the ocean, flowers, and wind. While dancers wear beautiful dresses, the dance tones the legs and waist because the dancers perform steps constantly with their knees slightly bent and swing their waists. The movement to raise the arms also tones the upper arms.

LATIN AERO / ラテンエアロ
LATIN AERO
This class practices aerobics using the cheerful Latin rhythms while incorporating the movements of Latin dances, such as salsa and jive. Beginners easily learn the steps because the dance starts with the familiar movements of aerobics and gradually progresses to the steps of Latin dance. It helps release stress and effectively tones the body by burning fat and strengthening the muscles around the pelvis.

BALLET / バレエ
BALLET
This class creates the physical strength and endurance of ballet dancers who dance for long periods on stage using strong muscles to maintain their posture. The muscles created in ballet are not masculine, bulky muscles but toned and flexible. The expected effects of continuing ballet exercises are a toned body and improved flexibility. This class is suitable for those who wish to create a balanced, beautiful body.

NEWYORK STYLE YOGA
This class offers New-York-style yoga, which polishes one from the inside with the proper amount of sweat and exercise. This yoga contains no religious side, which is seen in the original form of yoga. This exercise incorporates the good sides of yoga, such as breathing techniques. Various poses burns fat in unwanted areas and reduces bloating and poor circulation.

太極拳
Tai Chi
This is a class for beginners in the traditional Chinese martial art of tai chi. Simple poses are created with smooth, circular movements and natural breathing. In addition to enhancing metabolism and the functions of internal organs, it also improves the physical functions. Since tai chi requires movement of the entire body, it strengthens the muscles and joints of the whole body.

STREET JAZZ / ストリートジャズ
STREET JAZZ
This class uses jazz-based street dances involving fast styles that move the body to the beat and soulful choreography of R&B. This dance expresses all feelings without the restriction of fixed styles. The class starts by relaxing the body with stretching and then moves on to enjoying the latest choreography, which cover steps to combinations.

AFRICAN DANCE
In Japan, African dance often refers to dances of the countries of West Africa such as Mali, Guinea, and Senegal. The dance is full of energy and brings rhythmic healing based on strong rhythms. Let’s enjoy the liberal spirit and carefree atmosphere of African tribes in dance communication along with traditional African music.
